Vees Win Streak Hits 14!

FRIDAY – Penticton 6, Spokane 0.

-The win streak hit 12 on Friday night when the Vees coasted to a 6-0 win over Spokane from the SOEC. Captain Nolan Stevenson paced the attack w/ a pair of goals, while Brittan Alstead, Matteo Danis, Jacob Kvasnicka and Ethan Weber added singles. A.J. Reyelts made 19 saves to record the shutout.

SATURDAY – Penticton 5, Kelowna 0.

-Penticton’s winning ways continued on Saturday as they rolled into Kelowna and blanked the Rockets 5-0. Jacob Kvasnicka, Brady Birnie, Ethan Weber, Boomer DeMars and Nolan Stevenson all tallied for the Vees, and this time Ethan McCallum earned the shutout with 26 saves.

SUNDAY – Penticton 5, Red Deer 3.

-The Vees wrapped up the weekend with an exciting win over Red Deer Sunday night at the SOEC. Penticton had a 3-0 lead before the Rebels tied it at 3, but, the Vees would score twice more to wrap up a 5-3 victory. Brady Birnie, Matteo Danis, Noah Milford, Jacob Kvasnicka and Diego Johnson scored for Penticton, who will have the week off before another 3 game weekend, kicking off Friday night at home, as Penticton will host Kamloops.
