Penticton sports fields temporarily closed due to heavy rains

Due to heavy rainfall, The City of Penticton says all sports fields are closed today.

The closure is necessary to protect the fields from damage and to ensure player safety. Parks staff will continue to monitor weather and field conditions, with reopening dependent on improving conditions.

This closure applies to all sports fields, including ball diamonds and beach volleyball courts.
