Penticton Vees have dropped their past 3 games, but, have collected points in 2 of those past 3.

TUESDAY – Prince George 4, Penticton 3 (OT).

-The Vees not only picked up the win in this game, but goaltender A.J. Reyelts was so close to scoring an empty net goal! Instead, P.G. tied the game, and then won early in overtime. Despite the loss, the 1 point for Penticton clinched the B.C. Division…not too shabby for our 1st year team! Ryden Evers, Brittan Alstead and Nolan Stevenson scored for the Vees.

FRIDAY – Everett 6, Penticton 3.

-A huge crowd of just over 4600 jammed the SOEC to see the top 2 teams in the West battle it out. The Silvertips scored 4 times in a span of just under 10 minutes in the 2nd period to pace the West leaders to a 6-3 win. Brittan Alstead had a pair of goals for the Vees, while Ethan Weber also scored.

SATURDAY – Everett 4, Penticton 3 (OT).

-A see-saw, back and forth game in Everett saw the ‘Tips get the 2 points w/ a 4-3 OT win over the Vees. Ryden Evers had a pair of goals for the Vees, while Matteo Danis rounded out the scoring.

Tomorrow your Vees host the Tri-City Americans for the St. Patrick’s Day game at 6:35 from the SOEC. You have a chance to bid on the special St. Paddie’s Day jerseys the Vees will wear during warm-up, and help raise funds for charity too.
