Tree to Me Organics Bistro is a farm-to-table restaurant rooted in seasonal, organically grown produce from our own farm. Our menu evolves with the seasons, allowing us to serve the freshest ingredients possible. Everything is prepared in-house, including our sourdough breads, baked goods, soups, pickles, jams and more! We offer breakfast, lunch and dinner service, with vegetarian, gluten-free, and vegan options available.
Our certified organic farm (PACS #16-441) is rooted in the agricultural lands of the Similkameen Valley, where we cultivate a vibrant assortment of produce — from soft fruits, asparagus, rhubarb, various berry types, and multiple ground crops! We operate our farm market from spring through fall and are deeply dedicated to being a zero-waste farm. Any produce that cannot be sold is processed, donated to our local schools’ breakfast and lunch programs, or finally composted back into the soil.
